Network Technician

This position operates the help desk, supporting local and remote users with system operation, functionality, and availability on a variety of systems and devices in a high availability 24x7 operation. Assists the IS Manager and staff with the day to day operational maintenance and technical aspects regarding the SNOCOM network and other technical systems. Entry Level and Lateral Dispatchers. 

Dispatcher Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• The ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy

• Must score a minimum of 85% on Dispatcher testing through Public Safety Testing.

• Must be able to pass a polygraph, and psychological examination and extensive background check
