Snocom has the following positions open:

Computer Systems Analyst

This position assists the IS Manager with day to day operational, maintenance and technical aspects of the operation of network and technical systems.

Applicants must have the ability to analyze technical problems and describe solutions both graphically and logically. Applicants must have knowledge of system administration as it concerns security, performance tuning, resource control and utilization and knowledge of local and wide area communications networks and the ability to troubleshoot these networks. Applicants must have experience planning, researching, developing and implementing system upgrades, patches and other modifications. Applicants must have the ability to plan, organize and manage complex hardware and software installations and the ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, repair and upgrade computers, terminals, printers and other peripheral devices, including hardware and software. Extended work hours, 24/7 on call availability and travel to remote sites is required.

Position requires entry into confined spaces requiring bending, squatting, twisting and turning and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Education Requirements:
Associates degree in computer science or related field and five years experience in computer networking, network security, network administrator, systems analyst or programmer is desired. This is not an entry level position.


Must be able to pass polygraph & psychological examinations and extensive background check.

Compensation: Salary range $61,209 to $79,092

Entry Level and Lateral Dispatchers. 

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

  • The ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy (a typing test will be given)

  • Must be able to pass a background check
